Hi! We’re Rally Rd. We’re on a mission to democratize alternative asset investing by providing access, liquidity, and transparency to markets that have traditionally been available to only a select few. Today this means a first-of-its-kind platform where we securitize rare collectible cars, an asset class that has shown 400%+ returns over the last decade. We let users buy/sell equity shares of these rare assets for as little as $50 per share, with no commissions. Soon we’ll expand into new asset verticals, with the ultimate goal of building a new type of platform where users can invest in and trade across alternative asset classes. We’re based in NYC’s Soho neighborhood and are well-funded by top-tier venture funds both in NYC and on the West coast.
We’ve spent the last two years building a totally new way of investing in alternative assets. And now, with nearly 50,000 users on the platform, we’re looking for a user acquisition specialist to help exponentially grow our users base.
This is the perfect role for someone who is is obsessed with driving bottom line growth, and wants to rapidly iterate and experiment to figure out how to do it. You’ll own Rally Rd.’s day-to-day customer acquisition efforts. You’ll manage the day-to-day optimization of existing channels, explore new channels for expansion, and develop and inform funnel optimization experiments. The role requires a deep knowledge of advertising platforms, growth best-practices, analytic tools, documentation and market research.
Some of your other responsibilities will include:
-Build a holistic paid marketing strategy across branding, targeted outreach, campaigns, and communications to enhance Rally Rd.’s brand recognition.
-Develop and lead growth marketing operations including, but not limited to, budget allocations based on data-driven forecasting and projections, ROI tracking, and coordination with targeted sponsored-events.
-Analyze and innovate upon existing channel of creative and targeted strategies
-Work closely with Rally Rd.’s other internal teams to build a cohesive and authentic brand that customers trust and love.
And while we’re open to anyone who is the right fit, we think the right candidate will have:
-Experience with a strong track record of executing effective and innovative growth marketing strategies at high-growth startups
experience across multiple channels (mobile ad networks, Facebook and SEM) and deep expertise in certain specific channels.
-Deep understanding of core digital marketing functions especially within a direct to consumer context
-Experience working at a startup (fintech or direct to consumer is a plus)
Able to work cross-functionally with Product and Design teams
-Data-driven and ROI mindset
-Prior experience with App Acquisition campaigns and App Tracking
-Proven track record of constantly iterating and experimenting to find the best results
