Sonia Powar is a Venture Partner at Anthemis leading the venture debt growth strategy. 

Sonia has over 25 years of experience within the financial services industry across private equity, venture capital and venture debt. She has both institutional experience from her time at 3i plc and Foresight Group as well as entrepreneurial and scale up experience having led Boost&Co, a private debt lender to fast growing technology SMEs in the UK. 

Outside of the office, you can find Sonia going for wild swims in the River Cam and trying to improve her times for Park Run.
