“Off-channel is finally having its moment, and we are honored to be at the forefront of technology support. Having experienced it first-hand, we understand just how fast-paced, unpredictable, and demanding it can be. Helping lift that weight for our users is what fuels everything we do.” – Corina Marshall

“Constant change is simply the new normal… [the fashion] industry is looking to adapt to a new environment where trade, consumer behavior and technology remain in rapid flux,” said McKinsey’s State of Fashion 2026. The fashion industry has always been dynamic but value-seeking is accelerating and luxury brands are increasingly focused on unlocking new revenue streams beyond their core channels. At the same time, the resale sprint continues as consumers hunt for value and off-price, with secondhand and circular channels becoming more central to how brands win. Yet, tapping into the off-channel opportunity is far from straightforward.
The complexity of off-channel inventory
Off-channel inventory can be understood through two key segments: off-price and excess. These segments represent two of the largest and most complex inventory categories for global brands across apparel, beauty, footwear and accessories. These products move through a patchwork of channels: outlet stores, off-price retailers, flash-sale sites, resale platforms, made-for-outlet lines, employee sale programs, liquidators, wholesalers, and more. Each channel comes with different economics, constraints, and trade-offs ranging from margin recovery and speed to brand dilution, partner rules, and sustainability impact.
Introducing Another: An AI-native platform modernizing off-channel and off-price operations for fashion, beauty and retail brands. Another automates how brands and retailers identify, manage and monetize inventory across every downstream channel by unifying fragmented, manual workflows across teams, buyers, channels and partners. Another provides operational clarity and is turning a historically reactive process into a proactive, revenue-generating system helping brands maximize recovery while reducing waste.
Led by Corina Marshall, a former off-price executive with 10+ years of firsthand experience, Another addresses the opportunity in off-channel inventory becoming a meaningful lever for brands & retailers to recover margin, improve cash flow, and align with consumer and regulatory pressure around sustainability. While the importance of off-channel inventory is growing, the infrastructure to manage it hasn’t kept pace with new channels continuing to emerge and consumer behavior continually shifting. Brands are now required not only to move inventory efficiently, but to do so with visibility, governance and accountability.
The Team
After spending over a decade working at Theory, Ann Inc, LVMH and, most recently, Estée Lauder, where Corina built innovative infrastructure to efficiently distribute inventory across cross-functional partners, she has lived the problem she’s solving. What stood out to us immediately is how this lived experience shows up in the product: Corina is building the system she wished she had and is designed from the day-to-day reality of how brands actually track, move and monetize their inventory. Corina pairs deep domain expertise with rare execution velocity: she’s relentlessly tenacious, builds boldly, and we could not be more excited to support her as she brings Another to life. Alongside Corina, Xuan Yu (CTO) brings over 20 years of deep AI/ML experience from McAfee & Bloomberg.
